*Day-to-day requests sorted.
*Out-of-hours (emergency hotline) requests handled.
*Property inspections (at least every 12 months - we upload photos/videos to the app).
*Neighbor complaints, managed.
Maintenance coordination, including:
*Repair requests handled, actioned, and billed* to you via the app.

* 3rd party service providers will charge for time and materials separately, and this is not included in our property management service fees. 3rd party providers can be coordinated by us, with any associated fees, or by you if you prefer.

† Any legal or other fees associated with evictions are not included in our property management service fees. We will coordinate with relevant legal services as needed, within the schedule of fees.

° Our basic staging service is included in our fees only when all staging materials are already present in the property, and only simple staging is required (up to 30 minutes). For more complex staging, fees may apply. Where the apartment is bare, we highly recommend using our full staging service, which includes the purchase of minimal items, and their strategic placement by our photography team, to improve the rentability of the property. All purchased items would remain in the apartment and be owned by you, as the service purchaser.
