Property Rental Concierge Service (Residential/Commercial)

(Fee: 85% of one month's rent, Min 950 USD + VAT)

This service is designed to take the hassle out of property hunting. We can typically find a property for you within 7 to 14 days, depending on the market. Ideal if you don't want to waster time handling it yourself, or if you are not yet in Georgia and want the rental process started/completed before you arrive. The service includes:

Neighborhood recommendations and discussion (by Zoom)
Discover the best neighborhood for you.

Comprehensive advice on the rental market.

Property searching by our experts, based on your specifications (discussed at an initial 30 minute consultation).
Avoid wasting time with bad agents, fake and expired listings, etc.

Pre-viewing of properties on your behalf to shortlist properties that meets your needs.

Concierge viewings.
We accompany you, help with translation, and/or offer remote viewings via video call.

Negotiation on your behalf once you have chosen the property you are interested in.
Solve the language barrier, avoid bad agents, and save time on calls & pointless viewings.

Standard rental contract legal review by our lawyers. Negotiations with landlords, as needed.

Utility accounts.
We assist with translation and admin to help you get utilities transferred to your name, internet accounts upgraded, and more.

Schedule of fees
50% at the commencement of our agreement | 50% once you have agreed to rent a property & signed a lease agreement.

NOTE: We DO NOT take commissions from landlords. We only represent your interests.
