Ideal if you don't want to waster time handling it yourself, or if you are not yet in Georgia and want the rental process started/completed before you arrive. The service includes:

The investment is significant but I actually saved money compared to how much I would have spent doing the search by myself - my criteria were very restrictive, I work full-time, I don't speak Georgian, I'm not familiar with the market... The amount of money I would have spent in hotels and being able to focus on my work while they do the search for me were worth the investment. I went for the Real Estate Purchase Assistance package., and ExpatHub handled pretty much everything, from understanding my desires and setting up a PoA to the loan at the bank and the registration at PSH.
I received good advice all along, was carried around to visits whenever I was in Tbilisi, was connected to competent builders for repairs, etc.
