Your time has been reserved, but your booking is not finalized until you digi-sign an engagement letter (we are preparing that for you now using your passport details) and initiate payment (we will send your payment request details along with the letter).
If you have previously used our services and signed an engagement letter, this does not normally need to be repeated. We’ll send you the payment request so you can initiate payment.
NOTE: Failure to complete the above steps may lead to automatic cancellation of the appointment.
